How do I create an account?

Click the “Get Started Free” button on our homepage and follow the registration process. You can sign up with your email address or use social login options.

What features are available for free?

Free accounts can browse all events, subscribe to a limited number of tournaments, and receive basic email notifications about upcoming events.

How do I upgrade my account?

Visit your dashboard and click on the subscription section to view available plans and upgrade options.

2. Account & Billing

How do I update my account information?

Navigate to your dashboard and click on “Settings” to update your profile information, email preferences, and password.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards through our secure payment processor, Polar. All payments are encrypted and processed securely.

How do I request a refund?

3. Events & Registration

How do I find events near me?

Use the search and filter options on our tournaments page to find events by location, sport, date range, and age group.

How do I subscribe to an event?

Click on any event card to view details, then click the “Subscribe” button to receive notifications about that event.

What happens when I subscribe to an event?

You’ll receive email notifications when registration opens, when deadlines are approaching, and when there are updates to the event details.

How do I register my team for an event?

After subscribing to an event, you can register your team through the event’s registration system when registration is open.

4. Team Management

How do I create a team?

Go to your dashboard and click “Create Team” to set up a new team with your roster and contact information.

Can I manage multiple teams?

Yes! Pro and Club tier subscribers can manage multiple teams and switch between them easily from the dashboard.

How do I import team rosters?

Club tier subscribers can import team rosters via CSV file. Go to your team settings and click “Import Roster” to upload your file.

5. Notifications

What types of notifications will I receive?

You can receive notifications about:

  • Registration opening for subscribed events
  • Registration deadline reminders
  • Event updates and changes

How do I manage my notification preferences?

Visit your account settings to customize which notifications you receive and how you receive them.

I’m not receiving emails. What should I do?

Check your spam/junk folder and add [email protected] to your contacts. If you still have issues, contact our support team.

6. Troubleshooting
